The Week I Let Myself Rest Instead of Pushing
I was exhausted. Not just physically — mentally tired of tracking and planning and performing progress.
The experiment
So I stopped. I ate what I wanted when I wanted. I didn't weigh anything. I didn't journal about it.
Rest isn't the opposite of progress
When I came back the following week, I felt clearer. And I hadn't lost any progress. Sometimes rest is necessary for growth.
