When I Realized I Was Eating to Grow, Not to Fix
For a long time I was eating because I thought I was broken and needed fixing. The goal was to become acceptable.
From fixing to building
At some point the reason shifted. I started eating because I wanted to build something — strength, softness, a body that could do more.
The same actions, different intention
The same calories, the same meals. But the 'why' changed everything about how it landed.
