June 7: a simple plate

Some days the kitchen asks for a plan. Today it asked for presence. We pulled sweet potatoes110 kcal from the bin, cracked eggs72 kcal into a pan, and let the olive oil119 kcal do the rest.

The plate came together in fifteen minutes. No recipe card, no scale, just the quiet satisfaction of feeding ourselves well.

We cooked what we had, and it was enough.

The body we are building does not need performance. It needs consistency and care, one ordinary plate at a time.
