Gaining with Grace ("we," "us") operates gainingwithgrace.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
gainingwgrace-20). See our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not ask for your name, address, payment details, or any health information. Purchases of paid products are handled entirely by Gumroad under Gumroad's own privacy policy — we never see your card details.
When you buy a product from us (via our checkout provider, Gumroad), we receive a record of the sale — the product, the amount, the date, and a refund flag. We do not store your name, address, or card details on our systems. To recognize repeat purchases and prevent duplicate records, we store a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) derived from your email address; this lets us match purchases without keeping your email in plain text. We retain this hashed identifier for no more than 24 months. You may request deletion of your purchase records at any time by emailing hello@gainingwithgrace.com, and we will remove the matching records.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
We use a small number of service providers strictly to run the site and email:
These providers only process data on our behalf to deliver these services.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email on a suppression list (so we can honor your choice). Server access logs are deleted after ~90 days.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. Weight-gain and appetite topics can be sensitive — if you are a minor, please involve a parent, guardian, or healthcare professional.
Gaining with Grace shares recipes and educational calorie information. It is not medical, nutritional, or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional. If you are underweight, recovering, or managing a medical condition, please build your plan with a professional.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top.
