Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup whole milk149 kcal
- 2 tbsp peanut butter188 kcal or almond butter196 kcal
- 1 tbsp honey64 kcal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon6 kcal
- A few ice cubes
Method
- Add oats to the blender first and pulse to break them up.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
- If it's too thick, add a splash more milk.
The oats continue to thicken as it sits, so drink it soon after blending or thin as needed.
