Mango coconut lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat yogurt75 kcal
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk445 kcal
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey64 kcal
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

For extra calories, add a spoonful of coconut oil or a few soaked cashews157 kcal.
